The law is in effect now. (As of 12/15/2015) You can have one Oz on you, and one Pound in your house. There is not going to be any "Legal providers,.. for 2 years. But you can grow 6 plants per person, up to twelve per household. You can't have more than half in bloom, so mind your planting times properly. Also, use care to get seeds from a legit source. Some will expect you have no recourse if they rip you off. I get seed from True North Seed bank online. They accept PayPal, which will protect you from loosing any money. Plus they are selling top notch seeds, cheap, and cheap shipping too.
